The Role
Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this role is responsible for the sales progression of reservations to exchange of contracts. Through exceptional communication skills and being able to manage multiple priorities, you will diligently liaise with all parties within each property chain.
Role Purpose
To mitigate sale cancellations and ensure a smooth property transaction in the shortest possible time, the Sales Progressor will liaise with all parties in the sales chain. The Sales Progressor will deliver exceptional customer service across all stakeholders within the buying process and will work closely with the village Sales Manager to provide regular updates. The role holder will create strong relationships with purchasers and understand the Audley proposition to provide help and support throughout the transaction.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Obtains complete chain details for every sale
• Checks every memorandum of sale from Sales Support for accuracy
• Successfully liaises with all parties involved in the property sale transaction
• Mitigates cancellations through understanding the risk to each chain and working to find solutions across all parties
• Records full/complete chain information on Salesforce
• Track sales progression through Salesforce CRM
• Successfully reduces the time from reservation to exchange
• Builds professional relationships with Village sales teams and provides regular updates
• Provides exceptional customers service to external and internal stakeholders
• Able to forecast exchanges by village, by month for reporting to Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Managers
• Upholding the organisations values and demonstrating professional behaviour
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role with a proven track record in achieving a high success rate from sale to exchange
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
• IT literate and good working knowledge of excel
• Experience in working across multiple teams
• Able to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and negotiation skills
• Able to adapt approach and communication style depending on audience in order in influence effectively
• Demonstrate a high level of empathy with a proven trackrecord of building customer relationships over a long sales process and delivering a high level of service
• To capture and reflect the organisation values and behaviours
• Clean driving licence with business travel insurance
