Construction Tutor (Pre-Employment - Level 1 & 2 Trades) Location: Northampton (On-site) Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established employment and training provider in Northampton for a highly organised and qualified Pre-Employment Construction Tutor. The successful candidate will deliver specialist 2-4 week Level 1 and Level 2 trade programmes, covering construction theory and Health & Safety as mandatory topics. The role combines classroom delivery, practical workshop support, and e-portfolio development using OneFile, ensuring learners successfully complete their programme and progress into employment. High-quality teaching, accurate documentation, and full compliance with funding and awarding organisation requirements are central to this position.
