Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple projects/workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
2. Agree and document project scope, covering initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
3. Predict and manage resources effectively to meet objectives, securing and assigning the right resources to tasks.
4. Prepare and track project budgets based on scope and resource requirements.
5. Report and escalate material risks and issues appropriately.
6. Maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
7. Adhere to DERTOURUK project management standards.
8. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
9. Support business operational teams with project expertise.
10. Oversee third-party partners to ensure quality, cost, and timing goals are met.
11. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
12. Promote sound project governance across workstreams.
13. Stay updated on current trends and technological innovations relevant to the business.
14. Collaborate with other departments to manage supplier relationships effectively.
15. Undertake duties that contribute to the success of operations.


Qualifications and Skills
