Description
Provide expert advice on employee benefits to internal stakeholders across the group, including pensions, healthcare, maternity leave, and wellbeing initiatives.
Deliver engaging presentations and communications to employees via site visits, webinars, and virtual meetings to boost awareness and participation.
Manage relationships with external benefits providers, supporting procurement activities like tenders, contract renewals, and supplier performance monitoring.
Support the administration and reporting of benefits schemes, ensuring compliance with legal and payroll regulations.
Analyse benefits data to measure impact, identify trends, and recommend improvements aligned with business and employee needs.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, procurement, and shared services teams to continuously review and enhance benefits policies and processes.
Assist with project management and employee queries to ensure smooth delivery and positive employee experience.
Profile
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
Proven experience in employee benefits advisory, HR, or payroll functions, with strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance and taxable benefits.
Proven experience in benefits administration
Proven experience in supporting with employee benefits, including both internally provided and externally procured benefits.
Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging colleagues at all levels both face-to-face and virtually.
Strong analytical abilities, confident in working with data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including working with procurement and suppliers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative, with solid project management experience.
