Overview This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced semiconductor reliability manager to establish and develop a Reliability Engineering group. Reporting to the VP of Quality and Reliability, the Senior Reliability Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of Pragmatic's processes and products. By adapting semiconductor industry best practices to Pragmatic's unique flexible thin film semiconductor technology, the Reliability Manager will develop and maintain reliability programs for existing and emerging flexible electronics technologies. They will work closely with the IC design, test development, emerging technology, process engineering, and commercial teams. Key tasks Establish and lead a Reliability Engineering team and the associated reliability lab infrastructure. Be responsible for all aspects of process, device, package and product reliability. Define intrinsic/wafer level reliability evaluation and/or qualification plans, and be responsible for their execution and analysis. Define product/package reliability evaluation and/or qualification plans, and be responsible for their execution and analysis. Lead the root cause analysis of reliability/qualification failures, in conjunction with Failure Analysis team. Qualifications and training Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electronic Engineering or related discipline. Skills and experience Extensive knowledge of semiconductor reliability failure mechanisms, industry- standard acceleration and testing methodologies, and relevant statistical models Experience in leading reliability teams in a commercial semiconductor environment Ability to work to tight deadlines and progress multiple projects simultaneously Ability to lead and influence cross- functional teams
