Hours: 8:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP
Salary: Up to £30,000, DOE
Location: Central Southampton
The Role:
* Manage medical administration and ensure compliance
* Log attendance records
* Update the in-house system with medical certificates
* Book appointments and travel arrangements
* Order medical equipment
* Process PO numbers and track spend using Excel
* Prepare documentation for audits
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in administration
* Experience in a compliance or medical setting
* Proactive attitude and passion for helping others
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload
