We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South Manchester, who are recruiting for a Gas Scheduler on a three-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £20 via an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage busy operative diaries effectively. Experience using housing systems such as DRS and handling appointments, follow-on works, and no access cases would be highly beneficial. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Scheduling works for trade operatives completing work on Social Housing properties. Trades can include Gas Engineers, Joiners, Multi-trades etc Monitoring the diaries of trade operatives Using DRS to booking appointments Reviewing any no access cases Liaising with tenants and operatives over the phone and via email Experience required: Experience scheduling repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment Strong communication skills when liaising with tenants, operatives, and contractors via phone and email Experience managing operative diaries, booking appointments, and handling no access cases using housing systems such as DRS Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (Flexible hours) 5 days a week in the office Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
