Clackmannanshire & Stirling are recruiting 4 highly motivated and experienced PMO’s who will support the delivery of a financial balance in 2025/26. We are seeking 4 enthusiastic individuals to apply for the position of Project Manager (PMO), who will embrace this dynamic and important role to help us deliver on our strategic priorities for the people of Clackmannanshire & Stirling. The post holders will work closely with the Head of Strategic Planning and Health Improvement and Chief Officer. These 4 posts are pivotal in providing assistance in the overall project management of the services within the operational portfolio within the C&S HSCP. These are exciting opportunities, and the successful candidates will work as part of a team, to a high standard and successfully navigate the complexities involved with a tri-partite Partnership involving NHS Forth Valley, Clackmannanshire Council and Stirling Council. They will work collaboratively with the Head of Strategic Planning and Health Improvement towards meeting strategic objectives and ensure that systems are in place to support these objectives. They will have excellent business and project management skills and be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy. The applicant will require to be educated to degree level or equivalent with significant experience within the NHS, Local Authority or similar complex organisation. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
