Site Manager Ashfield Academy Salary: Grade 9 Pay Point 19-22 (£32,070 to £34,359 per annum) Approximate starting Annual Salary is £14,831.39 per annum Hours: 20 Hours per week; 39 Weeks per year(Term time only plus Inset days) Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 12:00pm About the Role: Ashfield Academy are looking for a Site Manager who will play a vital part in ensuring the school remains safe, secure and well‑maintained. To oversee day‑to‑day site operations, lead the premises team, and manage health and safety systems and risk assessments to keep our environment in excellent condition for pupils and staff. Working closely with senior leaders, to help deliver improvements across the site and provide practical, solution‑focused support whenever needed.
