Site Enrollment and Engagement Leads collaborate with research staff and other stakeholders to drive trial recruitment and support study-specific training needs. The role acts as a strategic partner to both external and internal stakeholders to optimize the site experience and performance. They lead relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Essential Functions
1. Works with research sites to develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment or support study-specific procedure training
2. Provides education to healthcare professionals and their staff, reinforcing study protocols as related to a clinical trial
3. May partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects for a trial
4. Maintains and analyzes customer records to customize strategies to maximize pre-screening, screening, and enrollment in trials
5. Completes internal electronic reporting systems; organizes and holds group events to optimize program delivery
6. Successfully manages objections raised
7. Maintains up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas
Qualifications
8. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
9. Registered Nurse or CRA experience is required
10. 1–2 years of prior relevant experience
11. High flexibility to travel (internationally, if needed)
12. Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic area
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English
15. Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight
16. Ability to coordinate and complete activities across multiple functions
