Warehouse Team Leader – Mansfield Location (NG18)
Salary: £30,483 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am) rotating shift pattern.

About the Role
At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Warehouse Team Leader, responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse.
Ensure control of production movements on a day‑to‑day basis through to warehouse storage and distribution. Formulate and implement improvements within the warehouse and maintain measurable stock levels per product at the site.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for accurate recording of warehouse data and system reporting.
* Keep good communication with logistics company.
* Present shift data, analyse and hold daily shift reviews with warehouse staff.
* Ensure quality and hygiene standards are always maintained to internal and external accepted standards.
* Investigate root causes of customer/supplier complaints using problem‑solving techniques.
* Ensure the company health and safety policy is adhered to in the plant.
* Ensure the housekeeping meets agreed standards.
* Work with training matrix to ensure a multi‑skilled team, ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their duties.
* Support Warehouse team by carrying out warehouse duties as and when required.
* Support the site by assisting any department if required.
Qualifications
* Experience within a fast‑paced warehousing environment, familiar with processes and warehousing systems.
* Team lead experience—able to identify training requirements.
* Strong understanding of H&S requirements within a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
* Adaptable and approachable.
* Valid FLT License.
