We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be adept with accounting software, and have experience managing accounts payable. Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
* Oversee financial transactions, including processing accounts payable using recognised accounting software QuickBooks,
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely payments and service delivery.
* Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
* Prepare reports and documentation as required by senior management.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Assist in the implementation of new office procedures or systems to improve workflow.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
* Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial record keeping.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience in managing administrative staff is desirable but not essential.
