This is ahands-on Planning & Performance Analystrole for an experienced analyst who enjoys turning complex data into insight that drives real commercial and operational decisions.
You will own analysis end-to-end, working closely with finance, operations and senior leadership to improve performance, profitability and long-term planning.
The Role
As a Planning & Performance Analyst, you will support the business by delivering high-quality commercial and operational insight usingPower BI, Excel and data modelling techniques.
You will be responsible for understanding how the business operates, translating business questions into analysis, and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
This is not a junior or reporting-only role. You will be hands-on, visible, and influential.
