Join our Team as Head of Talent Location: Whiteley, Hampshire Salary: Competitive Contract: 12-month maternity cover Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5pm About the role: We’re looking for a strategic, dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to join us on a 12-month Maternity Cover and lead hiring activity, employer brand initiatives, and the delivery of exceptional recruitment experiences across Onecom. You’ll own the TA strategy, drive efficient and cost‑effective hiring, and ensure managers have full confidence in the team’s ability to deliver outstanding candidates. This role is pivotal in shaping how talent enters the organisation, balancing pace, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction in a fast‑moving environment.
