The Change partners are working with a global technology company to support the growing needs within the digital operations. You will spearhead customer data strategy and drive data-driven decision making across our rapidly expanding digital commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive customer data strategy aligned with business objectives and commercial growth targets.
* Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, and Website teams to unlock customer opportunities.
* Own Customer Data Platform roadmap, including data warehouse management, predictive modelling, and AI implementation
* Manage strategic agency partnerships to deliver multi-year analytics objectives and capability enhancement.
* Champion data-driven decision making while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
What you need to be successful
* Experience in using and managing the implementation of Data Visualisation tools (e.g. Looker - Enterprise), Data Warehousing tools (e.g. Azure) and Activation tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign)
* Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and likely future opportunities & challenges
* Willing to challenge peers and leaders through questioning, prioritisation and planning
* An ability to lead a team, working on multiple projects for multiple partners at the same time
