Our client, an independent B2B energy supplier, is looking for an Administrator to support their Service Delivery team. As an Administrator you'll play a key role supporting the Service Delivery Coordinators, handling tasks such as processing change of tenancies, assisting with billing queries, and ad hoc reporting. Key Responsibilities for the Administrator:
1. Administer Change of Tenancies (COT) within SLA’s
2. Help resolve any billing issues from managing agents
3. Provide billing support when needed
4. Ensure all data entered into systems is accurate and complete
5. Assist with Managing Agent reporting
6. Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
7. Various standard and ad hoc reporting
Skills and Experience Required for the Administrator:
8. Previous Administration experience within a similar role
9. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
12. Ability to work as part of a team and individually
13. Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
14. Can do attitude, always putting the customer first
15. Energy Industry Experience - Desirable
