The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as the Managing Director’s closest professional partner and an extension of him operationally and strategically. The Managing Director is a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial leader who travels frequently, attends events and operates across multiple ventures. The role requires someone resilient, proactive and comfortable providing round‑the‑clock support. The post also offers lighter diary and admin support to a second Director.
Key Responsibilities
Full diary, inbox and schedule management
Coordinating and attending meetings and events (virtual and in‑person)
Minute taking, action tracking and KPI/report preparation
Acting as the MD’s ‘eyes and ears’ within the organisation
Attending events, networking and supporting relationship‑building
Supporting business development and following up new opportunities
Representing the organisation with high‑profile and senior stakeholders
Providing administrative support to a second Director
Maintaining confidentiality and supporting a fast‑paced office environmentAbout You
You will be professional, polished and resilient, with strong organisational discipline and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will be data‑literate, tech‑savvy and able to maintain availability beyond standard office hours. A background in legal, corporate or professional services is advantageous, along with prior experience supporting senior leaders.
