Area Sales Representative
Salary: GBP 50,000 + bonus
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday days
Company Car + fuel card
My client is a global supplier of Powered Access machinery and due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled workshop engineer to join their ever growing team. Experience in the Powered Access sector would be advantageous.
The Role
: Identify new business opportunities through market research as an Area Sales Representative
: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling and events
: Promote and sell vehicle:mounted hydraulic platforms to a wide customer base
: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets
: Provide post:sale support and maintain long:term customer relationships
: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to stay aligned on products and trends
: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity as a Area Sales Representative
What We're Looking For
: Proven experience in a Area Sales Representative or B2B sales role
: Strong communication, negotiation and relationship:building skills
: Self:motivated, results:driven and comfortable working independently
: Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
: Willingness to travel extensively within the region
: Full UK driving licence
Desirable
: Experience within construction equipment, plant or machinery sales
: Knowledge of hydraulic or vehicle:mounted equipment
: Established industry contacts
