Role: New Business Executive (Inside Sales)
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £34,656 (plus quarterly commission)
Following a period of growth and transformation at Royal Mail Group, we are now looking for two New Business Executives in our Peterborough office to help identify, create, and convert new business opportunities. In this inside sales role, you'll work closely with inbound and field sales teams to deploy marketing campaigns, act quickly on leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
The Role
* Delivering against new business sales targets
* Executing sales campaigns and one-to-many propositions
* Driving effective call rates, conversions and high-quality CRM data
* Collaborating with your territory partner to maximise results
* Ensuring accurate deal recording for rewards and recognition
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills
* A commercially savvy mindset, with the ability to create, identify and close opportunities
* Self-discipline, strong organisation and a passion for performance
* First-class telephone sales skills and a data-driven approach
* Experience in sales or a call centre environment would be preferred
* Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial
