Severn Trent Services (STS) is a thriving non‑regulated business providing outstanding utilities services across the UK. As a Customer Team Leader, you will manage a team of five Water Specialists, driving operational excellence and delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
* Help the team by dealing with customer escalations via phone and email, identifying opportunities to prevent future escalations.
* Monitor and maintain call & email quality in line with expectations.
* Ensure complaint resolutions meet agreed timescales.
* Identify improvement opportunities in day‑to‑day processes, team organisation, technology, and overall performance.
* Collaborate with peers to drive performance.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience leading a team is essential, with a background in customer‑oriented roles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are required, along with strong influencing abilities and the confidence to challenge traditional thinking.
