Job Title: Tutor Location: East of England, Bedfordshire, Kempston Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions Developing and implementing personalised learning plans Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly Providing feedback to students and parents/guardians Collaborating with other teachers and staff to support student learning Required Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification Proven experience in education or tutoring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of the subject matter being taught Proficiency in educational technology and tools Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Additional certifications in specific subject areas All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
