What You'll Be Doing


Lead. Build. Win. Repeat.


You’ll be the strategic spearhead for all things sales, from new business acquisition to nurturing key accounts and expanding long-term partnerships.


Strategic Leadership

* Define and execute a bold sales strategy aligned to ambitious growth goals
* Personally drive high-value deals and open new markets
* Align sales efforts with company-wide priorities and cross-functional goals


Technical & Sector Expertise

* Leverage deep MSP knowledge to sell complex IT solutions: Modern Workplace, Microsoft Azure, AVD, EDR, SOC, SIEM, and more
* Translate tech into value and communicate with clarity to stakeholders at all levels


Customer Excellence

* Champion a consistent, structured engagement model across the client base
* Lead from the front in key accounts, driving value, satisfaction, and retention
* Own strategic relationships, from C-level to project sponsors


Team Coaching & Development

* Inspire, coach, and elevate your team through hands-on support and mentoring
* Drive a high-performance culture with clear expectations and development pathways
* Hire, train, and grow a sales team that wins together


Growth & Revenue Generation

* Identify and close new opportunities in IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
* Maintain a personal pipeline and lead by example in winning new business
* Deliver reliable forecasts and hit revenue goals consistently


Commercial & Cross-Functional Impact

* Collaborate across marketing, finance, and delivery to align efforts and optimise results
* Report accurately to the executive team on sales metrics, trends, and market insights
* Ensure CRM best practices and data-driven sales decisions are baked into the culture


What You’ll Bring

Essential:

* 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role within an MSP or IT services environment
* Proven success in leading teams to exceed targets and grow key accounts
* Strong consultative sales background and ability to close complex B2B deals
* Strategic mindset with hands-on approach, comfortable at both board level and client meetings
* In-depth knowledge of the IT managed services landscape
* Strong understanding of B2B procurement cycles, solution selling, and customer pain points
* Track record in coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams
* Commercial acumen and experience managing forecasts, budgets, and P&L impact


Desirable:

* Degree in Business, IT or related field
* Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN)
* Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent service frameworks
