This is a senior client services role where youll lead strategic partnerships with global pharma and medtech clients. Youll manage a talented team and deliver campaigns that make a real-world difference in healthcare.
What youll be doing
As the Account Director, youll take ownership of key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic lead. Youll oversee the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.
Youll work closely with internal teams - creative, strategy, digital, and project management, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief. Youll lead client meetings, present campaign strategies, and ensure all work aligns with regulatory standards in the healthcare space.
Youll also mentor and support account managers and executives, helping them grow while ensuring high standards across all client work. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
What experience youll need to apply
