Residential Child Care Worker
Base pay range: £34,719 – £36,248 per annum, pro‑rated based on experience. The role is full‑time, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours, on a rota of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours).
Incoming applicants are expected to have a full UK manual driving licence.
Overview: This position supports children aged 8‑18 living in residential care homes, providing therapeutic care, driving to appointments, preparing meals, and facilitating learning and recreational activities. You will work closely with the existing team, one‑to‑one or two‑to‑one, and receive initial induction and ongoing support from our Learning and Development, Psychology, Education and Senior Management teams.

Desirable Qualities

* Existing PVG/DBS certificate.
