Cromer Group Practice are looking to welcome a medicines counter assistant to work in their busy pharmacy. This position is offered on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week, working three days across the week, Monday to Friday. This is a demanding but satisfying role that requires you to be keen to work on a busy pharmacy counter and serve the general public. The main responsibilities of the role include: Serving customers at the pharmacy counter, offering excellent customer service. Taking in prescriptions and handing out prepared medication. Advising and selling counter products, training will be provided. Maintaining the shop floor, stocking products, tidying etc. Other miscellaneous pharmacy tasks. Promoting the pharmacies services. About the Candidate To be considered for the position, t he successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Counter Assistant Course (NPA, Buttercups or other) desirable but not essential. Strong customer service skills. Be polite and courteous. Organised and adaptable. Enjoy working in a busy environment. Previous pharmacy experience an advantage but not essential.
