Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as the role requires them to interface with the public regularly.
Hold a current NPLQ qualification.
The post holder will work a shift pattern with a friendly and vibrant team.
Mon-Fri: 06:45-14:00 or 14:00-21:00. Sat & Sun: 09:45-17:00.
This is a busy and varied role, you will be required to work the pool team, alongside the admin and gym team.
Two roles – 34.25hrs per week, 35.25hrs per week.
Main duties of the job
* Safeguarding customers and patients using Odstock Health & Fitness swimming pools to ensure a safe and well‑maintained swimming facility.
* Assist with the promotion and marketing of membership and services.
* Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pools, fitness facilities and changing areas.
Qualifications
* Hold a current NPLQ qualification.
* Experience in dealing with members of the public.
* Experience in communication in a customer‑focused environment.
