Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functionality, and providing exceptional support to our team. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Manage goods in and out of the warehouse; receipting in goods and tracking outbounds
* Assist in financial record keeping including inputting supplier invoices, raising customer invoices and job expense tracking
* Scheduling of contractors, raise works orders and liaise with customer
* Provide clerical support to the Director; including order processing and expense claims
* Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and enhance productivity
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting is preferred
