The Bramford and Somersham Primary School Federation is partnership of two welcoming and vibrant schools located on the outskirts of Ipswich. We are in a hard federation and have a shared vision of ‘Living in Unity; Together we are ACE (aspiration and combined excellence for everybody).’ We are looking to appoint an excellent and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in both Key Stage One and Two. The role will involve supporting pupils both individually and in small groups, as well as covering classes for PPA time and leadership release. You may also be asked to provide additional cover for staff absence or training. You will have: high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils a positive attitude, caring nature and great communication skills the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis the confidence to work as a team and demonstrate the ability to contribute to the school’s development the ability to lead and inspire others and a commitment to working collaboratively creative ideas and the ability to plan and provide exciting learning opportunities for our pupils relevant experience, qualifications and good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
