An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join this well established manufacturer of electronic products for a range of industries.
THE JOB
Reporting into the Group HR Director your role will be of a generalist nature supporting the strategic direction of the people agenda while ensuring excellence across all HR processes. This is a hands on transactional role. You will lead change management programmes including cultural transformation and workforce planning.
THE CANDIDATE
With a backgound in generalist HR you will be minimum qualified to CIPD Level 5 and ideally will have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.
THE PACKAGE
Salary to £45,000 depending upon experience
