The RoleAs a Global Enterprise Account Director at EZRA, you will report to the SVP, EMEA Sales within the Global Enterprise Accounts team which focuses on developing our most strategic customer relationships to unlock value for our clients, and in turn incremental revenue opportunities, as we take them on the journey of scaling coaching across their enterprise. What You'll Do
1. Lead on growth for a dedicated number of important accounts defined as global or enterprise
2. Set the strategy for growth for each account and implement this strategy whilst working with Marketing, Enterprise, Customer Success, Impact Labs and Sales leadership
3. Take a leadership role in driving deals across key account portfolio
4. Become networked with important client partners with a view to developing an understanding of their business and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities across account portfolio
5. Take on new accounts as they are identified with potential for growth globally
6. Work with our Adecco Group partners around the world and across different brands to unlock opportunities to increase growth across account portfolio
7. Be the brand spokesperson / ambassador for Ezra within account portfolio, leading presentations and events with enterprise clients and customers
About you
8. 5+ years of relevant experience driving revenue growth in an important / enterprise / global account leadership role
9. 10+ years’ experience in business development with a successful track record everywhere you have been
10. Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership / L&D space
11. Familiarity with relevant systems,. Salesforce
12. Outstanding & compelling presenting / storytelling skills
13. Experience with networking, partnering and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
14. Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue
