We’re on the lookout for a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at Southampton! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
What we’re looking for
We're seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact for our customers; the first faces they see upon entering reception, and the voice they hear when they call us. This role offers a great opportunity to make a lasting impression! You will also have access to our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
Hours of Work
This role involves 2 x 4-hour shifts during the week, either morning 8am-12pm or evening 3.30pm-7:30pm. Flexible days are preferred but can be set. Additionally, the role includes 1 weekend shift, both days, averaging 11.5 hours per week.
