The Role The Marketing Coordinator builds strong relationships with nurseries in their region and leads the coordination of marketing activity to maximise occupancy, ensuring campaigns are well planned, delivered and reviewed, while supporting the wider team and, where required, providing project-based line management. What You’ll Do Coordinate the planning, development and delivery of campaigns that support your region’s nursery objectives, ensuring activity is well organised, scheduled, on time and reviewed for effectiveness. Work in partnership with nursery managers to maximise occupancy on a site-by-site basis. Present the company positively within its sector, promoting our all-inclusive packages and nursery’s USP’s, reinforcing Tops as the strongest and most well-known nursery brand group across the South of England. Use strong leadership skills to role model our values and ways of working, providing support, training, guidance and appropriate delegation to other employees where tasks and projects require it. Work with the Marketing Manager and wider team to maintain a professional, coordinated function that is continually improving, with a focus on setting up, coordinating and managing information, systems, workflows and campaigns. Report on campaign activity and results in the monthly marketing IMPs, and as required, using these insights to optimise future campaigns for your nurseries. Take on line management responsibilities where required, either on a project or ongoing basis, as defined by business need.
