Job Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on and dependable Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating moulding machines, setting tools, inspecting parts, and supporting production processes. Experience in a mould shop or with moulding equipment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor injection moulding machines.
* Set and change modular tools, typically once per shift.
* Run thermoset moulding processes and ensure consistent part quality.
* Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
* Pack parts according to specifications.
* Assist with tool setting and receive ongoing training.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
* Willingness to work rotating swing shifts.
Qualifications / Background
* Previous experience operating injection moulding machines.
* Familiarity with mould shop environments and moulding processes.
* Basic understanding or training in tool setting.
* Experience with thermoset moulding is a plus.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
