Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant with a healthcare recruitment background to source, screen, and place candidates in various healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Utilise diverse recruitment methods to attract top healthcare talent.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets.
* Stay informed about industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven healthcare recruitment experience.
* Strong knowledge of Nursing, Theatres, Midwifery, Allied Health, and Healthcare Science sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
