Location: Bloomsbury, London (5 days per week in studio)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Our company is London's fastest growing portfolio of international award-winning brands, delivering world-class interior design services to a global client base. With multiple services tailored to individual scope and requirements, we work across a wide range of premium projects.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Sales Team, working closely with both sales and design functions to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver best-in-class project outcomes.

The role is responsible for business generation, commercial performance, client relationship management, and project delivery from enquiry through to installation and aftercare.

Key responsibilities include:

* Driving new and repeat business across an existing and expanding client base, taking ownership of commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.

* Attending and leading client meetings, pitches, and site visits, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into projects.

* Owning commercial performance, including revenue growth, profit contribution, and ensuring company GP targets are achieved, through project reconciliation.

* Managing high-value client relationships from enquiry through to installation and aftercare, delivering best-in-class service in line with brand standards.

* Collaborating with design, marketing, procurement, and project teams to ensure opportunities are converted effectively and projects run smoothly.

* Leading by example in systems, processes, and CRM usage, maintaining accurate documentation and promoting best-in-class standards across the team.

* Tracking competitor activity and market trends to ensure the business remains innovative and ahead of the competition.

* Lead weekly team meetings and 1:1s, reviewing KPIs, and setting S.M.A.R.T. actions to drive team performance.

* Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate, fostering professional development and a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

* Contributing to strategic initiatives, including process improvements, supplier engagement, and marketing plan alignment.

About You:

7. Excellent communication and people skills

8. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

9. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

10. Managerial experience or proven mentoring and training capability

11. Maintains professional conduct and standards appropriate to a fast-paced, design-led business.
