Sales Manager – Thanet Area £25,000 Basic | £45,000 Realistic Earnings (DOE) Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Including Some Saturdays About the Role We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of the Thanet area, leading sales activities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the branch. This role is perfect for an experienced estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating a team, and is passionate about achieving outstanding results. You will combine client-facing work with team leadership, overseeing property valuations, sales, and pipeline management while supporting and inspiring your colleagues to achieve targets.
