£26,716 - £41,659 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Maths Lecturer (1 FTE) to join our vibrant team at Northbrook College, working across our West Durrington and Shoreham campuses.
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in shaping learners’ futures - delivering engaging and effective teaching to a diverse group of students. You’ll guide them on their journey to success, supporting them academically and personally every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:
* Inspiring students through dynamic teaching of GCSE Maths.
* Planning and delivering innovative lessons tailored to a wide range of learning needs.
* Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality course administration.
What we’re looking for:
* A Level 5/6 academic or professional qualification in a relevant subject area.
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a commitment to obtaining one).
* Experience teaching GCSE Maths.
* Strong curriculum planning skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse cohort.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
