Overview
Cleanroom Operative – Location: Redhill, Surrey. Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an entry-level Cleanroom Operative to support production activities within a controlled environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for product packing, quality control, and maintaining compliance with quality regulations and guidelines. This is a hands-on, office-based role, reporting to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
* Receive and inspect incoming materials.
* Cut and pack product strips and associated components.
* Assemble and prepare product kits for shipping.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with quality and safety standards.
* Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate production and inventory records.
* Adhere to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.
* Communicate effectively with management and team members.
* Contribute to process improvements and updates when required.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working in accordance with set procedures or quality standards.
* Previous experience in a cleanroom or controlled environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology is desirable but not required.
* A BSc in a Biological Science (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science) is desirable but not essential.
