Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure built around Cisco technologies
* Work within VMware virtualised environments to support network connectivity and performance
* Troubleshoot complex network issues across multi‑site environments
* Implement network changes, upgrades, and improvements
* Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain secure network operations
* Produce and maintain technical documentation where required
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls)
* Solid experience working with VMware environments
* Proven experience supporting enterprise‑scale network infrastructure
* Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
* Experience working within secure or regulated environments
