About the Role
We're currently seeking a Finance and administration Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This role would suit someone looking to fit rewarding work around school hours. We are a friendly and fast-growing conglomerate based in Westbury On Severn, Gloucestershire. As we scale, we seek a financial and administration assistant on a flexible part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, purchase orders and receipts accurately
* Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management
* Help prepare financial reports and budgets
* Maintain accurate records and ensure filing is up to date
* Provide general PA administrative and project management support to the business, working closely with the CEO and owners.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or book-keeping role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage or QuickBooks)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to improve processes and ways of working as part of a team
Working Hours
This is a part-time role, working 10:00 - 15:00
