About the role
The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing innovative features for millions of customers globally.
The Loyalty department manages various non-banking features, including bookings and a debit card loyalty program, working with merchants to offer the best deals and customer value.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defence.
What you'll be doing
* Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defence and offering solutions to compliance challenges
* Acting as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of defence compliance teams
* Guiding our features through complex regulatory landscapes
* Ensuring product launches are compliant and smooth
* Identifying compliance risks
* Developing strategies to anticipate regulatory challenges
* Collaborating on compliance policies that meet legal standards and promote growth
* Empowering product teams with compliance knowledge and tools
* Serving as the liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring audit readiness
* Enhancing standards in regulatory reporting and engagement
What you'll need
* A degree from a top-tier university
* Experience in regulatory compliance
* Background in banking, strategy consulting, or tech companies
* Understanding of compliance risk and business risk interaction
* Ability to analyze complex data
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Strong project management skills under pressure
Nice to have
* Experience in loyalty programme compliance
