German speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus benefits

Main duties:
To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.
The Role:
– Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email providing outstanding customer service
– Be responsible for order processing recording data accurately
– Identify customer needs and upsell products when appropriate
– Support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
– Proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Co-ordinate with the warehouse ensuring timely dispatch of goods
– Administrative duties as needed
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
– Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative role beneficial
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive and dynamic
