Your responsibilities:
* Steer, lead and support the team members within ATL, Organic Social Media and Brand Content Team
* Lead the planning and execution of local ATL, and Organic Social Marketing activities, to improve brand (digital) assets and visibility and to drive brand and campaign KPIs
* Act as a first point of contact for all ATL and brand content topics. Manage workflow of team and expectations of business for delivery.
* Lead all related coordination and discussion about ATL/Organic Social Media approach, strategy and activities together with Head of Web, ECom & Search with other marketing teams (incl Sell Out / Trade Marketing) with Sales Area (incl PCP) and Global Brands
* Support in broader media strategy, implementation and measurement.
Your profile:
* Experience in a leadership or similar role
* Marketing strategy planning and implementation
* External agency management experience
* Communication and stakeholder management skills
* Budget ownership and management skills
