They are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Manager to support the optimisation and performance of a growing UK portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that spans the full property lifecycle—from development to operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development assets, analysing performance against business plans and recommending initiatives to enhance income, valuation, and returns.
* Prepare detailed internal and external reports, offering insight and commentary on key operational and financial metrics.
* Take a leading role in delivering the company’s ESG strategy, including submissions for industry accreditations such as GRESB and BREEAM.
* Develop and manage annual budgets, working cross-functionally to identify key drivers of financial variance and mitigate risk.
* Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Assist in the management of a small commercial property portfolio.
* Monitor industry trends and developments, using market insights to inform and improve asset performance.
Key Requirements
* A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing financial reports and models.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
* Solid knowledge of real estate investment principles and relevant legislation.
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
* Prior experience in investment modelling is desirable but not essential.
