The Logistics & The Talent We Seek:
We’re seeking motivated individuals with a strong foundation in customer service or contact centres (But not a 100% requirement for this role). You must be computer literate, adept at multitasking, and, most importantly, possess a genuine passion for problem-solving and a desire to create satisfying customer journeys.
* Location: Leyland, Lancashire
* Salary: ÂŁ26,502.36 (ÂŁ12.70 per hour)
* Start Date: Monday 05.01.2026
* Hours: 40 per week.
* Shift Example (5-week rotation): Your shifts will cover the full opening hours, consisting of one week of 12:30 – 21:00 shifts, one week of 09:30 – 18:00 shifts, and two weeks of 08:00 – 16:30 shifts.
