What You’ll Be Doing: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the engine behind our success, helping us attract and engage the best candidates for permanent roles in social care settings: * Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. * Screen and shortlist applicants, matching them to the right roles with care and precision. * Support the wider recruitment team by identifying standout talent and contributing to campaigns. * Build candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline. * Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and learn the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll receive ongoing mentoring and training, with a clear progression route to become a Recruitment Consultant, where you’ll take on client management, interviews, offers, and aftercare. If you're ambitious and driven, you could step up into a consultant role within 6–12 months. About You – Are You the Right Fit? * A people-person with excellent communication skills. * Organised, proactive, and eager to learn. * A passion for making a positive difference in social care. * No prior recruitment experience needed – just a great attitude and desire to grow. * Must be available to work on-site during standard office hours (8.30am–5pm), Monday to Friday.
