Delivery Planning Manager
Salary: up to £70,000 + car or car allowance + 10% bonus + benefits
Location: Sheffield Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends

We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Delivery Planning Manager with strong leadership and supply chain expertise to join our clients team on a permanent basis.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and inspire a collaborative, high-performing delivery planning team, ensuring schedules are safe, timely, cost-effective and efficient
* Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, enhancing operational performance and service delivery
* Work cross-functionally with key teams to align scheduling with business goals and customer needs
* Coach and develop team members, nurturing future talent and creating a culture of growth, accountability and collaboration
* Champion health, safety and sustainability, ensuring compliance with all legislation and internal standards.
