Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
OTE of up to £40,000, with performance-based bonuses

Monday to Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota

Opportunities for career growth and advancementDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Conduct routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer specifications
Accurately diagnose faults and provide effective, customer-focused solutions
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and dealerships’ quality policies
Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and vehicle status
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
Support team members with technical troubleshooting and workshop duties as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or automotive workshop
Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
Valid UK driving licence
