Role Responsibilities:
* Teaching classes of 5-10 students with support from classroom assistants and on-site professionals.
* Creating a safe learning environment and engaging, positive lesson plans tailored to individual needs and learning styles.
* Assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
* Building students’ life skills and independence.
