Customer Service Support Advisor
People Solutions are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Support Advisor to join our client's depots in Motherwell.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the link between Customer Service and Operations, supporting parcel resolution and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
Shifts:
Rota cover required Sunday - Thursday and Tuesday - Saturday (five days per week)
10am - 6.30pm (shift times to be confirmed)
Rates of Pay:
£12.50 per hour

Day-to-day duties:
Your duties a Customer Service Support Advisor will include (but not be limited to):
1. Acting as the link between Customer Service (CS) and Operations, managing CEO/CS queries efficiently
2. Working with Operations teams to locate and resolve parcel issues quickly
3. Providing daily depot status updates, including Situation Reports (Sit Reps) for CSS to share with Merchants and consumers
4. Supporting Operations communications on flagged issues (e.g. APM, Store, ...
